After the single "Get Me Down" with Jorja Smith, Nia Archives delivers her second album, co-produced with James Ford. Release note - no track-by-track review without listening.
The cycle we've been following since the collab with Jorja Smith on "Get Me Down" has come to fruition: Nia Archives' second album, "Emotional Junglist", is out. It's Tsugi that lists it among the releases of the week of July 17, 2026, summarizing it as "a shot of energy condensed into 40 minutes".
No track-by-track review: we haven't yet spun the album under conditions that allow for an honest critique. Marso will revisit it in a dedicated review format once the full listen is complete. This post closes the narrative thread "announcement → single → release" - the follow-up (tour lineup, post-album singles, radio reception, entries into DNB Radio grids) opens a new chapter.
