Agenda & festivals

Bolt becomes the exclusive taxi provider for Let It Roll 2026. A logistical announcement that directly addresses the feedback from 2025 festival-goers about leaving the site.

What Let It Roll has just announced

The organization announced on 2026-07-20 a partnership with Bolt, which becomes the exclusive taxi provider for Let It Roll 2026. In concrete terms: the order will be made from the Bolt app, with waiting in a dedicated area. The announcement is explicitly presented as a response to visitor feedback - "we take our visitors' feedback to heart" - therefore an adjustment driven by the feedback from the previous edition.

Why it matters

At Let It Roll, the logistics of departure have always been a sensitive point: the site (Milovice air base, about 50 km from Prague) imposes long journeys, a night ending in the early morning, and part of the public leaves towards Prague or other Czech cities. A poorly calibrated taxi channel = queues, prices skyrocketing, tension at dawn. Switching to a public platform like Bolt, with a known app and transparent pricing, is a pragmatic response - not an editorial gesture, but a ground-level gesture that counts for those who have already struggled at 5 a.m.

What remains to be seen

Two concrete questions we will ask on site:

  • Effective availability: how many Bolt drivers dedicated to the festival during peak hours 3 a.m.-6 a.m.?
  • Transparent pricing: is a specific "festival" fare applied, or is it the standard Bolt price that applies (with possible surge pricing during rush hours)?

To follow

On the Let It Roll 2026 thread, we will continue to document the logistics and stage announcements until the opening (dates of the edition, campsites, secondary stages). The lineup is already finalized and documented - the current phase is operational finalization.
