Serpnt returns to Dispatch Recordings with a split « Styx / Fracture » alongside Wingz and M:FX. The label continues its minimal-technical line in 2026.
Data Transmission confirms, as of July 22, 2026, the return of Serpnt on Dispatch Recordings with a split titled « Styx / Fracture ». Two distinct binary collaborations: Serpnt × Wingz on « Styx », Serpnt × M:FX (Vienna, Austria) on « Fracture » - that's the direct reading of what the source announces.
Dispatch is the label of Kyrist and Ant TC1, one of the most consistent houses on the minimal/techy side of British DnB. Seeing Serpnt return to his home turf - the source explicitly mentions « home turf » - says something about the 2026 curation: Dispatch continues to bet on internal circulations, without exploding its roster. Wingz, familiar with the Dispatch catalog, brings his signature; M:FX (Vienna) expands the house geographically without breaking its sonic coherence.
Serpnt is not new at Dispatch. His style - compressed bass, stripped-down arrangements, cutting drums - has been part of the label's sonic DNA for several releases.
A split announced « Styx / Fracture » is read literally: one side per track, two binary collaborations, an object that keeps the promise of a high-density two-track release. This will be read as a double 12" or a digital A/B - the source does not specify the final physical format at this date. To be confirmed on Dispatch's side as soon as the artwork and catalog are released.
To be listened to before making a decision. The configuration Serpnt + Wingz + M:FX on Dispatch = coherent on paper. We keep an eye on the actual release and we review as soon as we have the tracks in hand.
