After Pozer, Blade Brown, and Lancey Foux, Will Kennard and Saul Milton recruit J Hus and IRAH for a new single + music video. The escalation continues.
On August 4, 2026, Chase & Status release Disgruntled—a new single accompanied by a music video, featuring two heavyweight guests: J Hus and IRAH. For those who have followed the duo since the beginning, the logic is clear. Kennard and Milton have always used vocals as additional instruments rather than mere embellishments—and when it’s J Hus, one of the sharpest flows in the UK rap/afroswing scene, stepping onto a Chase & Status production, the anticipation is justified.
This single is part of a series of collaborations built throughout 2026: Pozer, Blade Brown, Lancey Foux before that. A deliberate pattern—Chase & Status assembling something bigger, most likely an album in the making.
IRAH brings his distinctive voice and UK/dancehall roots—a natural counterbalance to J Hus’s front-facing energy. On paper, the trio is already a statement in itself. The video is available.
No full analytical listen yet, but the setup speaks for itself. A must-listen—Chase & Status in UK blockbuster mode, and exactly what we expect from them at this stage of their return.
